But high quality coaching should not be a luxury only for those who can pay the earth - which is why all CiK partner coaches pledge to:

• Offer or gift pro bono coaching as per their CiK plan.
  
• Offer a permanent CiK discount of at least 25% on standard fees.

Our CiK partner coaches also appreciate that ethical and safe practice is essential for coaching and agree to SUPPORT schools by evidencing:

• Deliver coaching sessions face-to-face for children under 9 [in school or by arrangement with the school].
• Liaise with schools regarding safe online delivery [if opting for this approach for 9-year-olds or above].

On application, coaches will be required to provide:

• An accepted coaching qualification.

Coaches in Kind acts without liability in providing a platform for coaches and schools to be introduced.

All interactions are the responsibility of the coach and the school.

The coach must provide original copies of the above documentation and the school must do their due diligence on all information provided by the coach and fulfil safeguarding responsibilities.
